It's about hair. One of the first things all my friends say to me when they see me after a while is "Your HAIR. It's so long!" and I'm here to help you get that reaction. It'll take a few things.

To start, I use these delish HSN Vitamins that I swear by! Also, you need quality shampoo and conditioner. I’ve seen too many scary posts on brands like Suave causing hair to fall out, so I only use brands like Kerastase and Oribe. Because I lighten my hair, I use a purple set from Oribe and it works wonders. Another pro-tip: I don’t wash my hair every day. Your hair and scalp produces natural oils that promote hair growth, and by washing it every day you’re robbing yourself! Just use dry shampoo if you’re worried about it looking greasy (I recommend Batiste)!
Onto the brushing segment. I brush my hair every night before bed for quite a few minutes. This helps spread the oils from your scalp through the rest of your hair, helping to keep it strong, prevent breakage and promote growth. It also helps with keeping your scalp not greasy! If you’re going to use heat on your hair (I never blow dry it, I only ever curl it occasionally), I highly recommend using a heat protectant spray! I use one by Oribe as well.
